How do y'all keep separate what ingredients you need for each recipe? If I wait a few days before I cook a recipe then baby vegetables or whatever usually ends up ruining because I can't remember what I bought it for

Keep an erase “sheet” not a board, it is restickable. I put on my refrigerator and it uses a dry erase marker. Literally looks like a sheet of wall paper but 11x16 maybe

Write out a meal plan for the week. I just plan dinners because otherwise it would be a chore.

I plan menus for the week, write them in a note pad, only buy what ingredients we need.

Print up recipes and have them at hand for the week. If you have a veg you don’t remember what it’s for, look through your recipes!

I am a big fan of freezing my ingredients. Hate to waste and as long as you are cooking it always seems to work.
