This is my absolute favorite zero points dessert recipe. I let mine cool down in the refrigerator before serving.

This is my current favorite too. I do not need to add the artificial sweetener as the banana has added enough sweetness to the coco. Therefore, no funny after taste for me. I love it!

@petard I get mine at my local grocery store. Food lion & Acme are my local stores. These are in the baking aisle with all of the other baking chocolates.

I love Yasso ice cream bars. I think most are 4 points but to me, totally worth it. Every flavor I’ve had is soooo good. My teenage son, who is thin, not on WW and not concerned about his weight, even likes eating them.

I bought some " little cuties" tangerines and they seem to help with the sweetness thing. I also have a problem with needing salt. I bought a package of small assorted chips . One of those does the trick. There is something about the big bag of chips that keeps calling my name if I have them around. I have had to distance myself from chocolate completely. That's a definite trigger Food.
