Take 2 cups Skinny Pop popcorn and put in a ziplock bag. Sprinkle with your favorite protein powder (mine is Quest Salted Caramel). Shake up in bag and eat and enjoy
by (3.1k points)
@presentational12 hmmm tmwouldnt of thought of this one. I have both will have to give it a try!
by (2.3k points)
@pincers41507 doesn't take a whole lot of the protein powder, maybe half of a scoop and it still leave leftovers in the bottom of the bag. I just keep reusing the bag over and over!

Apple nachos. I slice up an apple, melt half a tablespoon of peanut butter (trust me, it multiplies when it's melted), unsweetened coconut flakes, a tsp of mini chocolate chips and a tsp of chocolate syrup. Definitely hits the spot for me. Depending on how much of the toppings I use, it ranges from 3-5pts. But, its a lot and filling. :)

I mash 3-4 bananas and freeze them. It’s like banana ice cream! Delicious. Sometimes I will add a tablespoon of mini chocolate chips before freezing. Since I only eat about 1/3 of it each time, it’s only 1 point for the chips. If it’s w/o the chips, it’s 0 on blue.

by (9.4k points)
@sewn6 Sparks can you tell us more about instructions? How do you make it?
by (2.6k points)
@alver 1 cup Carmel premiere protein (or any flavour) and 4 tbsp chia seeds and stir. wait 5 minutes and stir again. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour or so. I also add a bit of vanilla extract. Can add yogurt, whip cream. whatever depending on points you want to use but is good just with some fruit on top.

Have you tried stevia based sweeteners. They are a plant based product (usually in a green packet) and don’t bother my stomach like The pink, blue & yellow packets.

Last night I made the low point dough (normally for pizza) into little "pretzel" balls and I mixed butter and swerve brown sugar with cinnamon and coated it before cooking. Then I mixed powdered sugar (or you could do the swerve kind) with some almond milk for an icing toping. You'd have to calculate the points for your plan, but with the alternative options it should be close to if not totally free.
