I have to say, I don't do WW. I troll this group because there is awesome advice and everyone is so supportive. I count calories, I just have more success with counting calories than I ever did when I was on WW. Sorry. so, I have taught myself to drink my coffee black and I actually like it now, lol. I won't allow myself to waste my calories on creamer. Plus I'm watching my macros, salt and sugar content too, trying to stay in the correct parameters. Doesn't mean that on sunday mornings I don't treat myself to a few things, I do. And have consistently lost lbs.
