Has anyone tried the Smart breads, muffins, etc? Are they good? Bad? Worth it?

Does anyone find that they give you a headache? I find I get headaches from the muffins and cakes, but not the buns. The buns are better toasted with a little butter (or I can’t believe it’s not butter spray).

Shipping is high but i guess because they have to ship quickly since they need to be frozen upon receipt.

I use the WW bread. I make my own 2 ingredient bagels. If I want a burger I use a regulars sized hamburger bun which is 4 points on blue

We make hamburger rolls with the 2 ingredient dough. as well as pizza, calzone, breadsticks, garlic knots, bagels, whatever you can think of.

I usually use the Sara Lee 45 calorie bread which is 2pts for 2 slices. I’m looking for things for my sweet tooth and they have cakes and muffins.

I have tried the muffins, cupcakes and buns k like them all except buns crumble you have to put in freezer immediately upon arrival I do enjoy the Bananna nut muffins and the raspberry cupcakes
