This variation of two ingredient dough is my favourite. I find it much easier to work with and the texture is great.  (you can use it for anything, not just pizza crust! )

Read somewhere to add an egg, makes it less dense. But I always use the mybizzykitchen skinny pizza dough as commented by @lytic x
