@ravelment Rasnick Driver I would not recommend the Advocare Citrus cleanse. The peaches and cream flavor was pretty good tho.

@warchaw , I use the unflavored and add a little Spark to it for flavor.

@ravelment Rasnick Driver it’s been a bit since I’ve used it. At that time they only had the Citrus and Peaches. Glad they got at least one other. Never thought of adding the spark to it.

Great recipes including smoothies. We still use the book for the recipes as we fell in loves with 2 of the smoothies and some of the entrees.

I totally agree your body is amazing! No need to cleanse. If you have been off track no worries . at all . just make tomorrow be a new start ok . I did every diet known to man . tried WW 3 times . up down and all around okey . you will have times when life sucks and you will eat poorly- just get over it - wake up new day and eat well - got it , it took me almost 2 years I lost about 90 pounds! Size 18 to size 6-8 . you got this! Trust the program! Trust YOURSELF!

I mean my brother died right, I had a knee replacement, so much of life can be over whelming and if you are an emotional eater well heck forget it right? Wrong! It is hard but I will help you if want . hang in there kiddo . was 2010 when I started my journey .

The liver and large intestine are the 2 areas to focus on when trying to "detox". I like teas by Traditional Medicinal and Yogi, they have a bunch of liver detox teas that are gentle and effective. Eating a variety of leafy greens is also very good for your liver. Adding more seeds (flax, chia, sesame) and drinking more water does a pretty good job with the large intestine for most people. It's important to support your liver during weight loss. It's common for people to have to have gallbladder surgery following major weight loss, and it's largely because the liver got overtaxed dealing with byproducts that have been stored in the fat cells.

My go-to, twice a week, and it's only partial (you have to have a REAL juicer) is juice one large cucumber, 5 + stalks of celery and about half a cup of diced beets. I guess it's more of a morning smoothy than a cleanse but I love it and it's magnificently healthy. Later a large glass of water melon, juiced. lemon water later in the day then the dinner of my choice w/ good lean protean and stir fry veggies. (just one woman't thoughts)

Honestly I agree the body does it alone. I use to try body cleansers. But I jumped back on ww last Wednesday. Just eating well no candy no soda lots of water and my body has been cleansing it self. TMI but I have been going #2 much more frequently than before. ( was 2 a week) now its everyday in a healthy way. Sorry if TMI.
