Wed am. Because I think it makes sense to weigh ourselves in the middle of the week. This way we are motivated to eat right the rest of the week and also not mess up all weekend because we have Monday and Tuesday at work and all the weekend to do the right thing. Most people think Friday is good because then they have the weekend at all commence up I have always weighed myself on Wednesdays except for years ago when Fridays ended up being not the right day for me
