Pills help for 2 reasons. Cut hunger when taken with water Increase energy No pill will magically make you thin- but the effects work best if you don’t emotionally eat and exercise when the energy comes on. For me personally- I feel jittery and get anxious- would rather not take anything to aid weight loss. The problem with pills is it changes you physically- but the problem with being fat/overweight is all because of our minds- NOT our bodies. If you’re motivated, have lost most of your weight but struggle with hunger, or lack of energy- pills might help.
