Okay, y’all.  I am a NEWbie, just started today.Okay, y’all. I am a NEWbie, just started today. When I started the process I had 70 SP on Blue and I was like, “Awesome, this will be easy! ” But this morning I realized I accidentally put my weight at 508 when I actually weight 206 which dropped my SP to 26.  How the heck am I going to stay so low and still enjoy what I’m eating?! Anyone else have low SP? I’ve tried to research the best I can because I am fresh off the Keto diet which works for me but let’s be real, that is SUCH a hard way of eating to stay with. I am looking for some things y’all like to buy from the store, mostly snacks, that are lower on the SP and easy when I need to grab and go. (Bonus if you have pictures! ) To my peeps that enjoy alcoholic beverages, what do you order? (Yes, I know it’s better to avoid alcohol but I want to live my life, y’all! ) SOS! Thank you!
Okay, y’all. I am a NEWbie, just started today.

I've been at 23 points since day 1 (Jan 14, 2019), down approx 63#, reached my Lifetime goal weight on Jan 6 this year, and am on weigh-in #4 tonight toward earning Lifetime status. Start every meal with zero-point foods and build your meal from there.

Definitely doable. Just have to make sure you weigh and measure. Eat slow and enjoy each bite. Fill up on zero foods along the way. It’s an adjustment but after a couple weeks, the sweet cravings tend to lessen.

I struggle to eat 23 points a day on a balanced healthy diet . 23 is more than enough if your eating correctly and not eating high fat / high carb meals

I’m on blue and have 23 points. I’ve lost over 33 pounds in just over 5 months and am loving it. I’ve got 10-20 to go (up to my doctor). Try to remember that WW is NOT a diet; it is a lifestyle change. You CAN eat whatever you want but make sure you track, weigh and measure. I’ve come to realize and accept that I’ll be tracking, weighing and measuring my food for the rest of my life and I’m ok with that if it will keep the weight off. Tip: I plan my daily meals backwards. I start off with dinner/supper as that’s our “big” meal and then figure out lunch and breakfast. Remember that almost all veggies and fruits are 0 points. fresh, frozen, roasted, broiled, baked, etc. Try foods that are new to you. If you don’t like them, don’t eat them but if you do like them, they’ll give you more variety so you don’t get bored. I haven’t had alcohol since I joined WW BUT we’re heading off on Friday for a 2 week all inclusive vacation and I know I’m going to drink. I am also likely to gain a few pounds while away but will get right back on track as soon as we’re home. You CAN do this. There’s tons of support - here, on the WW app and at meetings if you attend them. You’ve got this!

Zero point foods are your best friends. Boil some eggs to keep for snacks, bulk your meals up with lots of veggies, have fruit and yoghurt for your dessert, etc. Takes practice but you’ll get there

I always bulk my meals with fruits and veggies- Hard boiled eggs are my favorite, baby carrots are great for snacking, as well as apples.

Look at all the zero point foods! Fruits and vegetables and eggs and fish and Chicken and Greek yogurt. The list goes on and on. Fill yourself up with all of those things in between meals or as add-ons to your meals.

I get 29 points a day. This morning I had coffee with fat-free half-and-half and sugar free flavored syrup. That was onlyone or two points for the half and half. Then I had two eggs that I popped in the microwave and put salsa on top. 0 points. Then I had blueberry two goodGreek yogurt with fresh blueberries and that was 0 points. For lunch I toasted a Joseph PiTA for one point and use two slices of sargento ultra-thin swiss cheese for 3 points an Oscar Myers roast beef 2 oz / 6 slices for one or two points and Kraft horseradish sauce for one point. I also had an individual bag of skinny pop for three points.

For dinner I'm making weight watchers Mexican lasagna ( 6pts a serving but I can lighten it up) and I made a zero point cheesecake last night and it's been sitting in the fridge thickening up

Look into the green plan. You get more points but less 0 point foods. Green works for me as I don’t eat fish or eggs.

26 is a good amount but I’m gonna be honest green might be a better choice. Fewer 0 point foods but more points overall. Making it easier and more flexible while preventing overeating of so called “zero point Foods”, which are calorie dense like eggs, chicken, and beans.

There are a lot of free points on blue! Take advantage of those! I was worried too but if I am feeling munchy I grab some fruit or veggies to satisfy that but not waste points! I’ve also transitioned to basically only zero point meats so that helps!

It gets easier! You have to get used to it. I first started at 27, and struggled to stay within points. Now at 24, I have a good amount every day. Eats lots of protein to stay stuff!
