Hi I'm new to this, I'm on Purple. Can someone tell me the difference? I suppose I could Google it, but I want to hear from others the good the bad and the ugly about the difference. Thank you.

I like green. More accountability. Didn’t like the other plans because I’m not big on zero point foods - and yet my daily points were lower because of that plan. I have more points on green to eat the foods I like.

I can't do purple because I am pre-diabetic and can't do the freedom of rice, pasta and potatoes. Those foods (even whole grain) I would over eat. Many people are successful tho. I like green because it makes me be accountable for portion sizes.

I don't have issues with portion sizes, I typically can stick to what I'm allowed. But I have my days. I'm a sweets person. and I'm finding it hard to find sweets I can enjoy

Purple has the most zero point foods and the fewer dailies. Blue is a moderate amount of zero point foods and a moderate amount of dailies. Green is a low amount of zero point foods and the highest amount of dailies. Purple is good for people who like a whole foods focused diet and cook a lot. That’s why I chose it. I don’t have experience with the other plans personally.

That's too bad. You can switch to green or blue

@jinajingle not really, I have such a busy lifestyle. I work close 80 hrs a week. I don't have time to live a whole food lifestyle. I need quick, and easy. I've been on WW purple for 1 week and I'm down 11 pounds so its working I was just asking the difference

Green has 30 base points and 100 zero points foods. Chicken and eggs aren't zero points on Green. Blue has 23 base points and 200 zero point foods. Chicken and eggs are zero points on blue. Purple has 16 base points and 300 zero point foods. Chicken and eggs are zero points, as well as some whole grains and other healthy whole foods. You can change your plan option by clicking on your profile, then settings, the food settings. The most important thing to remember is zero points does not mean zero calories. You need to be mindful of portions. A food scale can be your best friend.
