Usually mix it with no sugar pudding mix for a low point dessert or snack. I also use it to tame the heat in some of the curries I make.

I use this brand to cook with. It’s a great sour alternative with a lot of calories. If you use Greek yogurt your protein also increases. I use Dannon light and fit to eat cold.

I make pumpkin Pancakes and this is one of the ingredients.
by (5.4k points)
@averell can you share the recipe for the pumpkin pancakes?
by (1.8k points)
@averell yum
by (8.9k points)
@caylacaylor2 2 eggs beaten, splash vanilla, dash pumpkin pie spice. Half cup pureed pumpkin and a little less fat free greek yogurt. Mix in 1/4 cup Kodiak Buttermilk pancake mix and 1 tsp baking soda. The whole batch is just 2 pts! You can play with it, like thinning it with water or almond milk if needed. You cant wreck it. 1/4 to 1/3 cup great value sugar free Syrup adds just 1 more point. Make sure you cook through on your skillet or the inside will not be firm. Hope you like it!
by (7.9k points)
@averell how is the texture of these? Are they light and fluffy or are they dense? I’ve made some before and they don’t have that fluffy texture and I didn’t like them.
by (8.9k points)
@oestrogen well they wont be fluffy like Denny's but the baking soda makes them rise so they're not real dense. Cut the recipe in half to try it. For me to be able to eat pancakes that are this good for 3 pts, it's fantastic. I eat them almost every morning. I'd like to know how they turn out for you.
by (5.4k points)
@averell sounds good and I will try them. I pretty much make these pancakes regularly but instead of the yogurt I add a smashed banana which is really good as well. Try switching that out for the yogurt and see what you think.
by (7.9k points)
@averell thank you
by (8.9k points)
@caylacaylor2 I've substituted banana for the pumpkin sometimes. I like that too. WW has worked for me. I think it's easy to stick with. How about you?

by (690 points)
@swoop how much yogurt?
by (5.6k points)
@judge the large container in the picture. Sometimes I will divide that container and use the smaller box of jello to make two different flavors. Then I’ll take a scoop of each flavor and have with fruit. I like orange and lime flavored Greek yogurt with fresh pineapple.
by (6.7k points)

by (5.1k points)
@agle80973 if you make 6 bagels it’s 2 points each on blue. If you make 4 bagels it’s 3 points each x
by (1.9k points)
@seleta yes. Mix together (it’s going to be sticky) put a little flour on hands. Kneed and separate (form your item and bake). I normally get 4 bagels out of one batch or 2 pizza dough. The bagels I baked at 350 for 23 min and then 2 min at 500. If you’re making bagels use 2 tbsp of egg whites and brush on tops. Add seasoning or cinnamon/sugar mixture then bake. You can find more recipes on Pinterest.
