I just started the program online. Hiw did the fit points work ? I'm confused. On the old plan you just added them to your daily points but I get the feeling this isn't how it is on the new plan.

What color plan did you get. I got the green and like the old that I did 15 years ago. Was happy for that, because I knew what to do. Just has to get my mindset going and off I went down 8 lbs since January

I’m not certain for any other color but Blue you can choose to use them before your weeklies, after your weeklies or not at all.
