Tomorrow is payday which means I can go grocery shopping to meal prep. Can I see some examples of what you eat in a day to stay within your points? I’m using today as a day to just track everything I eat to get an idea of where I’m at. Thanks

Eggs, chicken beasts, bananas, strawberries, Greek yogurt, oats, Sarah Lee 45 calorie bread, light mayo, almond milk, popcorn, salmon, tomatoes. my list of essentials goes on and on!
