What is your New Normal? During this difficult time of uncertainty, there are many things that are still constant. Every day, we awaken( G-d willing), and we go about our day. Some of us work, some of us are retired. Prior to the pandemic, my days were filled with going to 3-5 WW workshops a week, now none. My new normal is now attending virtual workshops. I'm getting used to my new normal, but it is still a bit uncomfortable for me. Technology is not my forte, and neither is asking for help, but my " new normal " has forced me out of my comfort zone and made me do both. My new normal has forced me to reexamine my food choices since eating out is no longer part of my regime. I am cooking M-T, We order in on Friday, and I asked Mark Gruensfelder to please cook on the weekends. My new normal has humbled me. It made me realize that I need to ask for help more often, and not shoulder the responsibility of my weight loss journey alone. My new normal has allowed me to forgive my past transgressions. As a result, I lost 3 pounds for the month of April. Onward and forward as I live my New Normal.
