(Doesn’t have to be weight loss related. ) Sometimes it helps to write out your goals to stay clear about what you really want. For me, I would like to start staying within my daily points at least 5 out of the 7 days in the week. I would also like to start incorporating at least 2 hour-long workouts into my weekly workout regime. (I typically do only 30 min workouts) Starting both those goals. today! What about you?
