Ok everyone.  starting WW for the 100th time tomorrow.Ok everyone. starting WW for the 100th time tomorrow. I just had a baby 4 months ago and had gestational diabetes. It went away but I have been eating AWFUL. I ate pizza today and checked my sugar more than 2 hours later and it was 154. I have anxiety and the feeling of low blood sugar scares me. Since my sugar runs high. when it gets to 90's I feel shaky. I know going on WW my sugar will be lower. How do you ladies, with this experience, deal with it?

I had GD too. The sugar numbers your doctor required while pregnant are different than healthy numbers for a non-pregnant person. If you are concerned about your sugars though, it’s best to check with your doctor.

Your sugars should return to “normal” but call your doctor if you still feel that way at 90. I’m a nurse and lifetime weight watchers and mom of two. ease in and take it one day at a time and go by how you feel. you got this!

Take control of your eating so that you don’t become diabetic permanently. Don’t starve yourself but do get on program and walk 30 minutes a day. As you recover and look and feel better use it as a springboard for working toward robust good health
