Does anyone have a no-frills chicken salad recipe for blue? Just the basic mayo, celery, chicken, and maybe relish, something like that. Thanks in advance

I make it with chicken breast, grapes, celery, Greek yogurt, and just a Tablespoon of mayo. The only points are what’s in the mayo.

@substitutive843 I even use Kraft's fat free mayo. O points for 1 maybe 2 tbs. Not bad tasting but a little expensive. Find at Kroger.

@substitutive843 I do the exact same thing but squirt in a little honey mustard or deli mustard.

@zena25 I’ve been thinking about adding some mustard, I’m going to have to give it a try.

@substitutive843 French’s honey mustard is really low. I think 0 pts for 1 tsp or 1 pt for 2 tsp. on blue.

@zena25 thank you! That’s even better.

I use canned chicken, celery and dill pickle relish (0 points) and whatever mayo I have on hand. I just count however much I use for the mayo and I usually divide the whole recipe by 3 servings so it usually comes out to about 1 point per serving.

Add a little curry powder for a different flavor. I also love toasted pecans or almond slivers.

I used 3/4 0% fage yogurt and 1/4 mayo plus celery and red grapes. No real recipe, just measured and weighed what I put into it.

What you mentioned sounds good. I add chopped hard-boiled eggs and use low-fat mayo mixed with FF plain Greek yogurt. Sometimes, I add a touch of mustard.
