Ok am looking for a change to get back on board again. I want to get a smoothie and I see there are different choices of milk to use in the smoothie which one would you suggest? skim, 2%, organic whole, soy, almond, oat, I am type 2 diabetic so have to account for my fruits normally don't use milk.

Look at calories fat and protein

Unsweetened almond milk 1 pt for 1 cup Tastes great

If you need calcium use skim. Almond has no calcium
