I do 1 oz avocado on homemade sourdough with a boiled egg cut on top. Sometimes salsa too. (4 pts) salad or fajitas or leftovers for lunch, and then dinner we do meat, veg, starch - usually chicken or fish, but we aren’t scared of beef. I plan dinners so I can adjust my points to accommodate dinner. I’ll throw in some zero or low point snacks too.
