I’ve been having a hard time getting enough points in (I’m on the blue plan). I eat a lot of zero point foods. Which plan would be better to switch to? Thanks!

Per WW guidelines. Eat foods with points and and bulk them up with zero point foods.

I think my problem is that I have a lot of food allergies, so I have to stay away from a lot of higher point foods. I’ll try and check green out!

I track everything, even zero point foods, am 68, been lifetime since 2008. Check your point range (not just the daily points shown, ex: I have 16 daily on purple, but my range is 5-24). You can get your range on the app by clicking the 'present' at the bottom, then days in a healthy eating zone. Choose what makes sense and works for you, not necessarily what works for someone else. I lost my first 20 on what is now green, lost 37 more on what is now purple; maintained til the changes this year, have lost 10 lbs since purple restarted.

@need75 Yeah, I’m having a hard time getting to the low point of the range so I’m never in the healthy eating zone ‍♀️

Are you losing on the plan you are on? Are you happy with the foods that you are eating?

I would say don't eat as many zero point foods and explore more food choices because all food still have calories

Eat some sweet potatoes or whole grains - or if it’s working form you do what you’re doing - as long as you get a blue dot
