Hey fellow WW Wariors!  Question for you all.Hey fellow WW Wariors! Question for you all. Before I started WW, my go to sweet was jelly belly's or gummy bears (especially Albanese ). Anyways, they are a no-go for me right now because I cant have just a few. its all or nothing for me at this point with them lol. What is a WW friendly alternative? I have heard about dehydrated strawberries in the oven (I've just got to search out instructions). Any other suggestions or tips you have come across. Your girl over here is having some withdrawals

If you go to GNC, they have this brand. smart sweets. 3 pts for the bag. They also have swedish fish, and another type of gummy bear - sour. They're actually really good.

35 sugar free jelly beans are 2 or 3 points based on brand. That’s a reasonable snack alternative

You can make gummies with sugar free jello, pkg of gelatine and 1/3 c water. Mix and then bring it to a boil. Then put the mixture into gummy bear moulds (find at Amazon). Refrigerate for half hour and voila, gummies.

Also dehydrated fruits are high in points though strawberries may be healthier they just may have as many points as your gummies

I saw a recipe on the Hungry Girl website for home made gummy bears

Be advised that dried strawberries have 2 points per tablespoon because of increased sugar content.

I’ve tried to replace candy with berries. I do like the smart sweets as well. I try to portion them out into 2 servings. If you eat the whole bag at once it’s 3 points and if you eat half the bag it’s 1.

I’ve just rediscovered frozen grapes - delicious and seem so much sweeter when frozen. They definitely help the sugar cravings for me

If you roll your grapes in sugar-free jello mix before you freeze, they taste like Sweet-Tarts when you eat them! Can do this with strawberries and raspberries as well, however grapes are my favorites.

I absolutely LOVE frozen green seedless grapes! I'm not much of a snacker/sweets type but when I got cravings, this is what I went to. I gave me the crunch of chips, sweetness of junk and fulfilled my snack attack! Piece of advice. Don't let them thaw. soggy grapes are NASTY lol

I was all about the chewy candy. Like you, it’s my crack. I found that since starting WW, I stopped eating candy, as well as most sugar, completely. It was so hard at first, but 6 months later, I don’t miss it at all. I don’t even do sugar-free snacks (except for Diet Coke sometimes). Fruit is my go-to now.

Fresh fruit - clementines are still in season right now. Blueberries, strawberries, anything seasonal. Also, the WW chocolate treats are good too but it can be easy to binge on them.

Frozen mangos (in the freezer section). I have a serving almost every night. I too use to love my jelly bellies and it was an all or nothing treat.

Jelly belly was mad my weakness too. A Fiber one brownie heated up with a little whip cream is low in points and delicious

CHICKPEAS I air fry them for about 25 minutes until they are crispy. They are zero points, but I eat the whole can in one day and that is over 200 calories.
by (2.3k points)
@grandaunt332 Leppek Dunn I have read that they get soggy quick. Have you had that experience? I have been excited to try this.
by (12.9k points)
@dann what happens is that they don’t crisp up evenly. So some are soft, not soggy.
by (2.3k points)
@grandaunt332 Leppek Dunn good deal. I can deal with soft. Kinda like the soft french fries you get sometimes lol
by (12.9k points)
@dann I put them in the air fryer at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Also about half way through I take a spatula to move them around a bit
