Just curious.  I see a lot of posts with creative ideas to make sweet treats and they all look delicious.Just curious. I see a lot of posts with creative ideas to make sweet treats and they all look delicious. Do those who have lost weight steadily have these sweets often or try to avoid them?

I have a 'desert' with each meal--pizzelle cookies, fiber one brownies, sugar free pudding packs

@talent pizzelles are a great dessert. a little FF whipped cream and sliced strawberries in between!

Try grapes sprinkle fat free jello on them freeze them yummy

For me I have to avoid sugar entirely. I accept it by feeling like I’m with sugar like an alcoholic is with liquor, I simply cannot have a little.

I avoid when I can because sweets are a big trigger for me. Id rather not have it than to have a setback

If I didn't use my 3 or 4 standard sweet substitutes, I doubt that I would have done half as well as I have.

I try to avoid. I am not good with portion control and do better not tempting myself
