Lowest point self rising flour ? Mine is 4 points so it makes my buns 2 points each. Anyone get lower ?

Its not zero points if you are blue. its 2 ingredient dough which is 3 points for 1/4. So if you are making bagels you make 4 each bagel 3 points

I made my own self rise 1cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2tsp salt and 1cup 0% greek yogurt to form the dough. Divided in 6 and added blueberries to each one. Was less sticky that way.

I’ve seen written that Gold Medal self rising flour is lower in points. I’m unable to find it in stores so have not tested the truth of it.

Most flour, including “light” is 3 pts for 1/4 cup on . Almond and coconut flour is 4pts for 1/4 cup.

Gold medal is only 3 points per 1/4c. One time i used a different brand that was 4 points but I think most are 3
