Question

Any great ground beef recipes you love besides tacos and meatloaf? We eat a lot of chicken, don’t get me wrong, so I’m trying to find some alternatives. Casseroles are welcome too - not picky about that! Thanks in advance

Sloppy joes 1 lb 96% lean ground beef 3/4 c salsa 1/2 c G Hughes BBQ sauce Cook the beef & then add the salsa & BBQ sauce

I do a "hobo packet" which can be grilled or cooked in the oven. Season your hamburger make patties. Use a sheet of foil for each burger. Place any sliced or diced veggies you like in the center. I use onion, potato, bell pepper and mushrooms. Splash with Wostershire sauce. Top with hamburger and slice of cheese. Wrap it up and bake/grill. You can do the same with chicken breast.

Butter a casserole dish, slice potatoes till half full, salt pepper and put onion too, if u want or have, then raw hamburger thin layer to cover the top of the potatoes the frozen corn, mix a can of mushroom soup with a 1/2 can of milk pour over top o mixture put in the oven 350 till potatoes and hamburger is cooked about an hour.

Spaghetti Squash taco boats are amazing. 1 medium spaghetti squash cut in half and seeds removed, rub inside with olive oil, bake for 45 minutes at 375• 1 lb lean ground beef Diced mushrooms Diced onions Diced garlic Diced red/yellow pepper Cook together until meat is Completely cooked thru. Add a taco season packet continue to cook until well blended. Once the spaghetti squash is soft, fill with meat mixture, top with fat free mozzarella cheese bake until cheese melts. It’s delicious.
