1/3 cup of old fashioned oats, 1/3 cup of plain nonfat yogurt, 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk, dash of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. I mix in a variety of fruit-whatever I have on hand or frozen! I make mine in a bowl and then put it in a mason jar. Put in the fridge overnight and give it a stir in the morning! For variety sometimes I add a tablespoon of peanut butter and a mashed banana and use chocolate almond milk

1/2 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Put in fridge over night. In morning add whatever fruit you have on hand. Blueberries are a plus. Especially good in summer when weather is too hot and sticky for hit hot cereal. Yum.

1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup (maybe a splash more) almond milk, strawberry& banana slices, and a sprinkle of chia seeds for fiber and all that fun stuff. The bananas will add so much sweetness to it by the next morning if I dont have bananas, I will add a bit of sugar free syrup because I definitely like my oats sweet and to feel like a treat

I use equal amounts oats, Greek yogurt and milk. You can add a Splash of extract (vanilla or other) and a dash of cinnamon (or other spice) Refrigerator overnight or longer. Add fresh or frozen thawed fruit when ready to eat

As a base: I use a scoop of a plant based protein powder, oats, vanilla almond milk. Then I add whatever I’m in the mood for (strawberries bananas). I’m on purple and the points vary depending on how much I use.

You can do half frozen banana (seriously freeze it before you prep, as it softens it breaks down and sweetens things) instead of the maple syrup. for no points!
