It’s one cup self rising flour and one cup non fat greek yogurt. That is 12 points then depending on what you make you divide the points!

@fujimoto i use a little less yogurt. I find it’s easier to work with and not as sticky!

At first the dough will be very sticky that. Once combined let the dough sit for about 30 to 40 minutes.

BAGELS or Pretzels 1 c of self rising flour (1 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt) 1 cup Fage yogurt). Is what I have done! One cup of all purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt mixed. Then I add 3/4 cuop Fage 0% yogurt. I mix by hand and add more yogurt as needed to use up the flour. I roll on floured parchment paper, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seed, and bake at 375° for about 20 minutes

I just discovered this a few weeks ago. I made rolls that were 2 points on blue and added a little garlic and Italian seasoning. I also made a pizza crust that was amazing. I halved the dough and each one made a good size pizza. The trick is to shape the dough into a pizza shape and bake at 425 for 7 or 8 minutes. Add sauce, veggies low fat cheese and bake until done (around 8 minutes). You will have a nice crispy crust that is delicious.

I have a dairy allergy, I use only self rising flour & water, and it works well. The recipe is simple if you ever made pie crust from scratch. Self-rising flour, and enough water to make it a dough consistancy. Keep track of how much flour you use, because the points are in the flour. I usually start with a Cup, and go from there.
