Hello everyone!  This is my fifth time with WW in the past fifteen years.Hello everyone! This is my fifth time with WW in the past fifteen years. I started at the end of February and lost about 6lbs but have gained it all back since being in quarantine. I’m on the Blue Plan and I need help. I feel like I’m starving and then go and over eat in points. I’m thinking maybe switch to a different plan? I’m also trying to figure out a new coffee routine without wasting points on creamer. (I know a lot of people use the Premier Shakes, but I’m not a fan of artificial sweeteners. ) if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I drink only good coffee and have learned to drink it black -- did not take long to switch from cream and I would rather eat my points!

I weaned myself from coffee creamer to skim milk. Now I like only a little and drink my coffee dark.

I struggled really bad with finding a coffee using no points. So far my favorite is international delight sugar free French vanilla. Its 1 pt for 1 tablespoon and doesn't have that fake sugar after taste that i can't stand

I add 1/4 cup of Fairlife Chocolate milk to a travel mug full of coffee for 1 point. Lasts all morning. To keep full I make sure to eat protein at every meal.

Silk Oat Yeah has Vanilla and Oatmeal Cookie flavored creamers. I believe they're 1 pt/TB. The Oatmeal Cookie has a slight cinnamon flavor.

I felt the same way so I switched from blue to green. Now I am rarely hungry and always have points left at the end of the day.

I’m on blue. I bought fat free creamer - it is 2 points for 1/3 cup.

@mumble70353 I got sugar free french vanilla creamer. Most are o points and a few are 1 point per tablespoon on blue.

I think I joined WW when it was first discovered . And I’ve been on an off since, in fact I was gonna delete the App cause I weighed and I gained 2pounds, im thinking weight loss is not for me, but for some reason I can’t bring myself to delete it, that would be , here we go again moments, so I dunno what’s gonna happen but here I go again, I’m on the blue plan an I always go over , I’m 65, don’t like Hummis, yogurt, fish, or any food I can’t pronounce ( I don’t think I spelled Hummis right ) but honey, good luck❤️

Flavor god has some great products to add to coffee and zero calories and no artificial sweeteners. I’m in purple and struggling and thinking of switching plans. Lost 23- last 15 a struggle

I bought an electric milk frother and use 1/3 cup fat free skim milk in my coffee for 1 point. I was also at a plateau on blue and changed to purple for a couple of weeks and it helped me over the plateau.

For creamer, you can try the no sugar vanilla creamers (not artificially sweetened, but not sweetened at all) then use monkfruit sweetener as needed. It’s a natural sweetener and can be found on amazon. Here are some healthy snack options from a medical nutrition team (the plan is zero carbs, but that means no sugar). I find a list in front of me makes choices much easier and I don’t get to the point of starving (and therefore make bad decisions).

Also, If you can find it, Planet Oat’s Vanilla Oat Milk. it’s SO good. Not sweetened at all. Froth it and use as creamer - it’s perfect! It is a little tough to find though

I like green because I feel like I can eat one normal (within reason) meal a day and not feel deprived. I stick mostly to zero or low point foods for the other two meals.

I do 1 TBS of half and half and add coffee as I drink it it ends up being black by the end but it works

I drank coffee with cream and sugar for forty years. Finally, I just bit the bullet and started on black coffee. It was my New Years resolution a couple years ago. If took a month or so, but gradually I got used to it. then I loved it! Now I cant stand the thought of creamer.

I heat up 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk and add it to my coffee. It’s not as rich as cow’s milk but it is good and it’s zero points. If using sweetened almond milk it’s 2 points on blue. As for your hunger, I recommend you have ample protein at every meal. There are a lot of options for zero point proteins; I recommend you start there. Good luck. you got this!

I have switched my morning coffee ritual with spark and I am obsessed. It gives me a mood boost and energy for zero points. And I do not sell it nor plan on selling it!

Sugar free creamers for coffee mate are 1 point for 2 TBSP. I gave up sugar but I refuse to give up creamer.

I have been on ww this is my third time since 2010 because i was on then and on 2019 and now and been on for week or so and on green plan it's ok I guess i do have a long journey to do this being the weight i am now just hope i can do this for this time hopefully im very nervous and scared this time
