Ive moved all my meals later. Breakfast around 11:00, lunch around 2:30 and dinner around 7:00pm. If Im hungry in the evening I have a cup of tea and 2-4 Social Tea Biscuits as a treat.

These are all good advice. Also make sure you’re enjoying your food choices throughout the day. If you’re too restrictive, you can feel deprived.

Start your dinner with a zero point soup. If you are still hungry (probably more bored) pull out some carrot chips and dip in salsa and eat until you don't need to anymore.

Sugar free jello cup with a dollop of light cool whip. Or Fage 0% Greek yogurt with a stevia packet and sugar free peach preserves. Or a juicy navel orange or a honey crisp apple sprinkled with cinnamon. All 0 points on blue. Or Yasso frozen yoghurt bars, the coffee chocolate chip is really good, 4 pts.

I'm on green; I eat low point breakfasts, lunches, and snacks, and save rest for dinner/treats. If I don't have enough points for popcorn or some halo top ice cream at night, I'll snack on a small bowl of frozen blueberries :)

You might not be eating enough healthy fat during the day if you are starving. Fat is our friend as it keeps one satiated. Eat more avocado or olive oil or nuts.

No it hasn’t for me! And I eat the whole regular size bag and sometimes use some sprays of spray butter on it too! Lol. Things that make me heavy are eating rice and if I ever have enough points to eat peanut butter, it almost always screws things up.
