Ugghh today is my first gain (. 8 ) since January. I knew I slacked a bit this week and I exercised every day to try and balance it out. My sweet cravings were out of control and I was starving every day. I thought maybe I was finally starting my cycle after 2 months of not getting it normally but it would start then stop in a day. Frustrating. I feel bloated. I can see I’m bloated. I have noticed my hormones are out of whack and I’m starting perimenopause. Any tips on what I can do for this? I’m on . I’m down 31 lbs so far. Any advise and help would be greatly appreciated.

Just hang in there and keep going. You are making progress even when the scale is cooperating.

It sure isn’t easy for us ladies, that definitely is a Struggle, and eating sugar makes you hungrier for more carbs. be-careful.

You have had good success. life happens. Those monthly cravings can come on strong. Get plenty of sleep. not enough sleep is a carb binge waiting to happen.

Keep doing what you were doing. It’s good to learn to live with the gains. And it will keep you focused while on your journey.

31 pounds down is great! Give yourself a break. Eat when you are hungry just make point wise choices. You can do it! Proud of you!

Omit processed foods from your intake cravings will go away and you won’t feel hungry
