Hi Everyone!  I need help getting back on track.Hi Everyone! I need help getting back on track. Lost my job in November, those stupid holidays which followed, blah. blah. blah! I now have a new job, the holidays are over and I’ve got to get serious! Still working out 3x a week with a personal trainer, but self sabotaging with food, so what’s the point. right? HELP!

You just have to get your mindset in the right place. You won't get anywhere unless you do.

Losing weight is about 80-90% what you put in your mouth, not exercising. It helps but food is the most important thing to watch when losing weight. Like @divide said, get your mind in the game. Start eating high protein meals with veggies and water. Keep exercise too, great for mental health and mind set. It will come, just takes time. Small changes in the right direction will pay off eventually. You got this!
