Hi everyone!  I just started back {on blue} and I’m struggling.Hi everyone! I just started back {on blue} and I’m struggling. I either eat too few points or all of them. night time is my downfall and I tend to snack. Other than my typical fruits & veggies, are there any zero point snacks {or 1-2} that I should know about!? After putting my son down for bed, it’s my hubs & I’s downtime by watching a show, so going to bed is not an option

If you know that nighttime is your weakest moment, plan for a more heavy snack at that time. I love veggies with hummus and a bit of cheese. While hummus is high in fat, it's healthy and more filling than just the veggies. When I'm out I mix yoghurt with herbs and a bit of salt for a low-fat snack
