Down 22 lbs on WW Blue since February. I can feel it and see it. Not one person has noticed besides me! Can you see it?

Yes I can see it but The most important thing is you can see it and know it. I’ve lost 112 pounds and trust me it took a long time for anybody to say anything to me. Finally one day a courier that I see regularly asked about my weight loss. I thought to myself yay finally somebody noticed. He then said he had wanted to say something but thought that I might be ill and losing weight. He didn’t want to offend me. I thought it was funny. Keep up the good work. You look great.

I honestly think weight is a touchy subject for a lot of people. Nobody usually says anything when you put the 20 lbs on either. Usually it’s because they don’t want to offend someone. I personally have noticed people lose weight & depending on how well I know them is if I say anything or not. I know we all love to hear from others they see the difference (including myself) but ultimately we should be doing this for ourselves & as long as we see & feel the difference that’s really all that matters. Btw I can tell the difference & you’re doing great!

I read not sure if its true but it takes 3 weeks for you to notice 6 weeks for your family to notice and 12 weeks for friends to notice. I can vouch for that. I saw my neighbor EVERY morning. one day I said. you look thin. she said thank you I lost 25 pounds. she was going thru a divorce so it wasn't intentional but I didn't notice until I looked closer and wow she did. People will notice. I would take it as a compliment if they don't. because they aren't looking for it.

First of all, it IS noticeable. Secondly, you are so lovely that most people just look at your face. 3rd, When we see people frequently they don't notice until you are over the 30-something pound mark. If you see someone you haven't seen in a while, their jaw will drop. Just keep on keep'en on.

I lost 25 pounds since March and no one really noticed or said something. Maybe because people see us every day. It's a little frustrating but on the other hand, I feel so much better. To be honest, I don't really see it just on pictures. Plus my cloth is getting to big
