Change it up a bit I tend to eat a lot of the same foods but I switch to more protein, drink more water and move more. That's how I got to goal.

I hold weight when stressed. so stretch, do yoga, breathe. drink lots of water and sleep. Oh of course, track and move ;) You've got this. And you are not gaining. victory. Life, it's the long game.

I agree make changes. Usually walk? Do weights too. Usually dont eat after a certain time. Throw in some veggies with fiber before bed. Exercise at a certain time, move it. It works

hmm. Maybe change up eating times, or do something differently than you normally do. I hadn't walked, so adding that helped me. My last month long plateau before that I changed how I ate. I used to have my larger pt meals for dinner, I changed that to breakfast. Other possibility, maybe switch to a different color plan for a few weeks?
