Change it up a bit I tend to eat a lot of the same foods but I switch to more protein, drink more water and move more. That's how I got to goal.

@lockhart842 eating a lot of Protein and fruit ( 2 servings/day) and vegetables already, plus I drink a ton of water.

I hold weight when stressed. so stretch, do yoga, breathe. drink lots of water and sleep. Oh of course, track and move ;) You've got this. And you are not gaining. victory. Life, it's the long game.

I agree make changes. Usually walk? Do weights too. Usually dont eat after a certain time. Throw in some veggies with fiber before bed. Exercise at a certain time, move it. It works
by (2.5k points)
@loveland thank you, already moving! Walk 4 miles daily, row and lift weights

I started walking, lost 5lbs in 2 weeks.
by (2.5k points)
@bottomless I Walk about 4 Miles every day and lift weights
by (18.2k points)
@velarde22775 hmm. Maybe change up eating times, or do something differently than you normally do. I hadn't walked, so adding that helped me. My last month long plateau before that I changed how I ate. I used to have my larger pt meals for dinner, I changed that to breakfast. Other possibility, maybe switch to a different color plan for a few weeks?

by (7.6k points)
@loot this happened to me before so I just try to change my foods a little and exercise the same or a little more. I am hoping it moves soon. I think our body adjusts to the new weight then we start losing again. So frustrating but don’t give up

Have a “normal” eat day as you did prior to WW. Gotta shock your body!
by (1.2k points)
This is what I was told to do, and change up your exercise and food routine, your body needs a cheat day, I was told to eat all my daily's and dip into my weekly's

by (2.5k points)
@loveland Genovese McMahon no, but I think I am going to this weekend. Have been craving all sorts of things, but these days it’s potato salad, and no, I don’t like the one made with yogurt. And a big juicy beef burger
