@monnet52 make a small opening in the box with scissors before it's all frozen so it's easier to open!

I put some in a different container and stuck it in the freezer. I haven't tried it yet though.

Aldi has a chocolate Pizelle cookie in the cookie aisle. 5 are 5 points. They are about 5” round but thin. You can put FF cool whip between and freeze. 3. 2 is really good for a week.

I have been making a float with Diet Coke and 1/2 cup of Halo top or enlighten ice cream. Topped with some ff Rediwhip and some sprinkles! So good! 3lbs in one week is a lot. You should be very proud!

I plan for dessert every single night. I pre-log it. I need to in order to not overeat and be successful! I prefer things that take awhile to eat, I feel more satisfied that way. If you like ice cream, you could try making a protein “ice cream” I make often before bed. Let me know and I will give you the details

@overlap43 Protein Smoothie Bowl  * 1 scoop protein powder (I love Chips Ahoy Ghost protein, any one will work) * 8g sugar free fat free pudding powder (chocolate, white chocolate, cheesecake, etc) * 1 tsp xantham gum or Pamela’s Products “not xantham not guar” (or any binder) * 1 or 2 Splenda packets depending on how sweet you like things * Add to blender with 180g of ice and 180g of unsweetened cashew milk, blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a bowl (I keep a metal one in the freezer to keep it more cold) and put the bowl back in the freezer for 15-20 min to harden a bit. * Take out and top with whatever toppings you like! I use black cocoa powder, powdered hazelnut, cereal (usually 10g of Love Grown Comet Crispies), edible cookie dough (10-15g crumbled up), 5g of mini chocolate chips. If you have points left over, you can add more toppings. - eat it with a small spoon and enjoy!
by (890 points)
@alvinalvina6167 where do you get these? I’ve never heard of them
by (830 points)
@overlap43 which one?
by (890 points)
@alvinalvina6167 any ingredients we only have Walmart and Kroger but I’ve never looked for these things either
by (830 points)
@overlap43 Any protein powder that you like will work. Or order online. Walmart carries the jello powder and Splenda. You can get the Pamela’s products binder on Amazon.
by (890 points)
@alvinalvina6167 thank you
by (830 points)
@overlap43 another easy and yummy option is Frozen Yogurt (I like Chapman’s) with a sprinkle of chocolate chips and 2 graham crackers broken up on top

That’s a huge loss for one week! Celebrate every loss, they add up! Chilly cow ice cream is so yummy if you have a Walmart nearby. Obviously not gonna help for tonight, but in the future!

Chocolate mug cake with a bit of whipped cream and berries (I have been on a blackberry kick lately) has been an almost daily thing for me. Put in a mug: 1 egg 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder 1 TBSP Splenda sweetener 1. 5 TBSP flour 2 TBSP sugar free chocolate syrup (I have also used sugar free caramel syrup) Microwave until ready. Try 30 seconds at a time. For me I have perfected it at 90 seconds on power 6. Microwaves vary and you will figure it out. Let it sit for just a few and then top with berries and a dollop of whipped cream. Points come from the flour and whipped topping for mine. Everything else I use for my mug cake is 0 points.

Try the Pillsbury sugar free cake mix, brownie mix, and cinnamon bread/muffins. If you substitute unsweetened applesauce in place of oil, they are low in points. I like to add strawberries on top after it’s baked with a spray of fat free reddi whip! Sooo good!

Nick’s ice cream is amazing at 2 points for a 1/2 cup for most flavors. I will say it is a little pricey at $5 a pint but given my obsession with ice cream it is worth it. I knew If I had to cut dessert I would give up!

Enlightened has some really good ice cream and most are only 3pts for 1/2 cup. I've only had a few 3+lb losses in a week since November, that's a big loss!
by (830 points)
@helmer38827 Tilden Wynne I wish I could find Enlightened in Canada, I keep hearing how great it is.
by (2.5k points)
@alvinalvina6167 I remember being in Canada when my oldest was a baby and we ran out of formula. I was a new mom and couldn't find anything that was close to what I used, luckily she wasn't a fussy baby and we were able to substitute for the week. Can you order on Amazon marketplace maybe?

@helmer38827 Tilden Wynne we have many other options but I really want to try Enlightened!

I finally did the frozen cut up banana in a blender, AMAZING. like a Wendy's frosty! Ripen bananas, cut in slices and freeze. Put in blender. Wait. Add splash of milk. I also added a bit of cocoa powder. Seriously it was magic!

I track my dessert 1st thing in the morning and work my day around it. It keeps me eating healthier during the day because I know I have my treat later. I like Edy's no sugar added ice cream. It comes in several different flavors so no boredom. You control the portion so you control the points. I also like Healthy choice no sugar added fudge bars. 3 points gets rid if your chocolate craving. Make sure you scan the box. There is more than one kind and the boxes are similar. Make sure you get the no sugar added. It has three points. The Organic is 4 points I believe.

Frozen blueberries are actually very good and because they’re so cold it slows down the rate at which you can eat them. I also occasionally do a banana in the microwave with four mini marshmallows and about a dozen mini chocolate chips

I swear by this banana dessert! On a piece of foil slice up 1 banana, sprinkle 1tsp of PB2 powder and sprinkle 1tbsp of mini chocolate chips. Wrap the foil up into a pouch making sure everything is closed up. Bake @ 400 for 10 mins!  depending upon the chocolate chips this will run you approx 4 points!
