Question

1 REALLY GOOD THING happened this morning weighed in lost my 21st pound That started my very early morning off right. 2nd thing was not so good as I signed into a workshop could see everyone hear them talk unmuted myself and put video on and no response this has happened several times I muted unmuted several times got in and got out and still was not able to take part in workshop. I have no idea whats going on anyone else with this same problem? I have got in before

There is always a second and third person there to mamage thechats and to mute or unmute if there is background noise coming from your home. Did you try the chat to let them know you were having trouble. They can usually fix it or tell you what to do.

This may not be the right answer, but did you get a message that the leader would let you join in a minute? Maybe the person making the connections was distracted.

If it is a large group, the facilitator may mute everyone initially, but you should be able to hear someone.
