I am considering dropping my monthly workshop membership to online membership. I stay within 2 to 4 pounds above my goal weight. Will I still have access to the app and get the weekly WW Daily and Team emails? What is your experience with going to just online?

@buddhi4 I am currently doing meetings and am considering a move to online. I have heard you can get an an accountability buddy. Any insight on this?

I like just the app. it allows me to do everything needed. If you trust yourself to get on the scale you should be fine

You need to weigh-in monthly to continue to access the app for free

I need the workshops and the fellowship there as well as the app and Facebook groups like this one for daily motivation. I will mention, that of all the FB groups i have joined, this one is the best. All others I left. This group is positive and encouraging.

I only do the app. I do not receive daily emails.

If you switch to online, can you still attend Zoom meetings through Connect?

I just have the digital plan and feel like I get tons of encouragement and support from the people on Connect and the groups within connect. I think it really depends on the person's individual needs and what keeps you accountable, encouraged and motivated.

I like routine of the in person meetings. During this time, I switched to online. When meetings start again, I’ll go back.

You don’t get the daily and weekly emails I think, but you do get emails. I honestly delete most that come through unless they have a recipe that looks good or a weekly food plan.

My understanding is that you cannot get Lifetime without meetings (zoom or in person). You have to join meetings 5 lbs or more from goal weight. So far, I only have App & love it & live it! Correct me if I am wrong.
