This is my third time around attempting weight watchers (on green) sweets are my problem. I started January 21st and have lost 8 lbs already. However. my headaches are fierce (happens every time)! I checked myself out at the doc to ensure i wasnt diabetic or have high blood pressure (I dont) so im assuming its sugar withdrawal. Anyone experiencing this? Mine are daily at this point.

Try some of the WW chocolate snacks or protein bars or, if you bake something (ie: cookies) only use 1/2 the amt of "real sugar" & the other 1/2 use steivia (a gradual w/ drawl)

Sugar withdrawal will do that. You're doing great. Give it some time.

I get real bad headaches when trying to get off sugar. I have found if I can stick with it for a couple of weeks they start to die down. To help when they flare up, I eat fresh fruit (apples, halos, pears, bananas, etc). Also, Ive found a little caffeine (coffe or tea) will also help.

Eat a little sugar and slowly taper down. Don't go cold Turkey. Loosing 8 lbs worth a daily headache? Good luck.

8 pounds in 2 weeks? You are not eating enough.

@oech5771 im eating all 60 of my daily points. Im also working out. I dont use my dailies or fit points, and im not hungry. Im pretty heavy so I know the heavier you are the easier it is to drop weight.

Are you having artificial sweeteners? Some people get headaches from them. aspartame is a migraine trigger for me (which stinks because I used to like some of the crystal lights, and it’s almost impossible to find sugar free gum without it)

@eustasius yeeees. Im eating sugar free gum. Sugar substitute. Flavored water. great thought.

Good luck. Not all flavored water use that sweetener. See which ones bother you.
