It’s all about making it a lifestyle that works for you, using points and zero point foods to guide you to better choices, not about depriving yourself or avoiding foods you enjoy.

@dorweiler me too! 41 years of the WW lifestyle  I certainly don't miss the days of liver once a week!

And how many times a week do we have fish and we had to put mustard on our tuna fish

@detraction I only ate liver once and never ate fish besides tunafish. I definitely don't miss those days when WW really was a diet full of deprivation

If that's what you want and it fits within your points budget, why not?

As long as you stay within your points, you dont need to worry about the carbs. You msy not loose as fast as a low csrb diet, but WW is more substsinable.

That’s what is great about WW, you can eat whatever you are craving as long as you stay within your points.

I eat whatever I want to eat. I just stay in my points  You want to enjoy life and a part of it is, enjoying food. I lost 27 lbs in 8 weeks.
