How do you count points for a marinade since you don't actually consume all of it?

I don’t count it. I feel it burns off.

How much is left and subtract, or estimate on the larger portion and account

I count very little if grilling, where a majority doesn’t stay in. What you may notice is slight temporary gain if it has salt.

You could measure the marinade before and after then calculate the points, but that's too much work for me. I add one point if there's oil and another point if there's a 'sugary' ingredients (like honey or maple syrul, etc) per serving

Guesstimate honestly, being off a little is better than not tracking

I, personally, wouldnt count marinade. Unless its oil, it s not likely to use alot of points.

I guess I just usually count whatever one serving size is on the bottle

I never count marinades since the amount is so minimal.

That’s like when you cook with olive oil. You eat very little of it

Just estimate it. Like 1-2 points depending on what it is

Honestly I don't count it. Marinating my meat is not what caused me to be over weight. I also try to not to eat all of my weeklies and leave some for wiggle room for things like marinade.
