It depends. If I think I’m going to be too hungry to sleep well, I would eat something.

@counseloratlaw yes I have found that if I haven’t got enough points I can wake up in the middle of the night hungry

@purdy on a couple of occasions I have tried eating mostly protein to see if my points for a few drinks rather than using my weekly’s. On both occasions I didn’t lose any weight that week. But also used very few of my weeklies. I seem to get better results by saving for for a rollover and using the rest and using my weeklies for a few drinks.

If you are doing the blue dots chart you still get blue dot at 10. If you are hungry eat something otherwise leave them.

@tentmaker how is your weight loss going ? On a couple of occasions I didn’t eat a lot of my points at the weekend mainly just eating protein and find them Wickes were the worst weight loss

I agree with the others. Some days I leave them but others, if I’m not hungry, I’ll just leave them. This week marks my one year doing Weight Watchers and I’m down 70 pounds. Still have about 28 to go.

Just to see what would result last year I went an entire week and didn’t use a single point. I ate all zero point foods that week. I was totally satisfied and was never hungry. The only thing I really missed that week was half and half in my morning coffee. I did lose more weight than usual that week.

@intercourse that was my biggest problem. I love my half and half. It was tough but I just had my mind set. I figured I could do almost anything for just a week. I used almond milk for that week in my coffee. It just easy the same. Everything else was easy.
