Do you eat your fit points AND weeklies? And if so, do you still lose weight? I notice you can turn fit points off on the app so wondering if I’ll still lose if I have them on

I set my fit points to be used if I run out of weeklies, which only has happened twice. Since you can only use up to 4 weeklies per day it isn't like you are giving up that much, but it does help if your spouse makes your favorite meal for dinner. No you cannot turn your fit points off, but they don't count against you so it really doesn't matter. Also many think you can use your fit points to increase your daily points, but that isn't how WW works. You start with so many dailies, and as you lose your daily points decrease. You can have 4 points roll over from the previous day, and you can also use up to 4 weeklies in-addition to your dailies per day. That is the gist of it, some like to use fit points instead of weeklies, or a combination of the two, but I see them the same, and have found using them if I run out of weeklies works best for me. Whether you use them or not, is solely up to you.

@lipo9707 thanks for the info yes I’m just wondering if I’ll still lose if I choose to use both. When I’m earning fit points it’s giving me more points to eat throughout the day. Was wondering if I should shut that feature off. Initially I turned it on because the idea of more points to eat for working out sounds great but not sure if it will affect the scale

You can't use both at the same time, just one or the other. If you exercise a lot, then you may choose to have more weeklies to use in the form of fit points, if you so choose.

@lipo9707 it let’s me use both. Once you run out of fit points you dip into weeklies. So you’re actually having them all as “extra” points to eat during the week in addition to daily

I barely need to eat my weekly points. I use them when I need to. I workout high intensity 3 days a week. I’ve lost 47 pounds since sept 23rd.

@popish you go girl! Yes you get a lot of fit points when active so that’s why I’m curious if I’ll still lose weight if I use them or just stick to only my daily and weekly points

@unlike if you feel like you need them use them for a week and see what happens
