@samira14 masorating is different to blending and mashing. Its all abit tech. But im sure its eay to check. Everuones opinion will be different. Hope you find the answer youre looking for.

We're told to watch how much fruit we consume because of the sugar content. it's easier to drink a whole watermelon then it is to eat a whole watermelon. That's my understanding, I could be wrong!
