EDIT: I just rejoined and started this purple plan 4 days ago. I’m not saying it doesn’t work, I just want to give it more than a few days before I switch. I know I can switch back to the blue plan. Also, I totally forgot that potatoes, whole grain pasta, etc are on the zero point list ‍♀️ so tonight that was on the menu and I’M FULL!  I did WW most of last year, met goal and quit around August/September. I rejoined last week because life and the holidays happened and bikini season is right around the corner. The new color plans are. different. Based on the questionnaire I filled out, I matched up with Purple. which only gives me 16 points per day (with the previous plan, I had 23pts per day). The only issue I'm finding with this is I'm having a hard time staying full and/or finding snacks that don't eat up all my points (pun intended ). I've used 7pts today so far: 2 at breakfast - two boiled eggs, banana & yogurt, 3 for lunch - buffalo chicken lettuce wrap with just a little cheese and ranch dressing, and 2 for my late morning snack - a couple of pieces of beef jerky. By lunch I was starving! Anyone have any advice on ways to stay full? My dinners usually consist of more points than the other meals, which is ok but finding something to hold be over til then is challenging. SW (originally) 167 GW (1st time) 140 CW (145) New GW (135)

You might want to switch to blue. You don‘t have to go with the one it matches you to

@isabel9248 this is what I was going to suggest too.

Honestly if you’re used to having more points, try the blue plan (similar to the last freestyle plan) or green (less 0 point foods, more points) I could never do purple because I love having my points. I’m currently on green and I love it. I get 30 sp a day and use my zero point foods on some fruits and veggies but love that everything else has points. Purple is supposed to make you eat “healthier” foods which is why you have the most zero point food, but if you’re not satisfied I would try another plan

I’d switch to a zero point yogurt to make your breakfast 0 points. Explore the zero point list and fill up with those.

@connell I use Fage 0 fat Greek yogurt. Unsweetened. I love to add frozen blueberries and some Splenda. Very filling and zero on purple

@granule thanks. Will definitely try others

Switch to Blue. You'll get more points though I'm assuming there are less 0 point foods. I'm never hungry on it unless I eat crap (aka too much processed food).

I love purple. So many free Foods. The points add up with bread items. dressing s. cheeses. sauces. I'm eating a ton of veggies. fat free cheeses. dressing on salads. free proteins like chicken. works for me. Keeps me full and that's great.

If you just did it last year blue is probably the closest to what you are used to.

Just switch to the plan that works for you- prob blue. You don't HAVE to do what the quiz suggests. You just go to the settings and change it.

I think I’m purple you get tons of zero point foods so I’d explore the list and eat those

I am on Green. I was on WW many many years ago. The green plan is like what I was doing so working fine for me. I was worried with the changes if I would like it.

0 point soups with veggies, beans, chicken is a good filler. I have 0 point Greek yogurt all the time, can be a dip, etc. Some deli meats are really low, like 1 point for 4 slices, with veggies. I'm on purple and love it. If you like hard boiled eggs you can have those.

For breakfast I have a big piece of baked oatmeal for 1-2 points depending on the recipe. Keeps me very full until lunch.

I'm purple. I try to save all my points for dinner. A typical day for me is: B: 1/2 cup oatmeal with unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon =0 pts S: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese and no sugar added pear cup =0 pts L: turkey sweet potato chili = 0 pts. I dont usually eat an afternoon snack unless it's a banana =0 pts. That leaves all my points for dinner and I can pretty much eat whatever I want.

If you liked the previous plan it seems to be the equivalent of the blue plan
