Sometimes I use them, sometimes I don’t. I seems to lose regardless. For me it’s all about quality of food. if I eat fresh and healthy I lose, if I eat processed food I don’t;)

I lost 1. 4lb this week and I cheated like crazy. All I can say is that I cheated mindfully with awesome food!

I use mine. I am still struggling with eliminating certain foods from my diet. One of my goals is to save my weeklies for treats.

I try not to use them or if i do like only one day that’s it! I’ve lost 7 pounds so far

I don’t count my olive oil spray, etc. I figure it as my weeklies. So much easier for me.

I do use mine however I find if I use a majority or all, of them it's hit or miss if I lose. The last couple of times I used a majority of my weeklies I have gained. I use my weeklies usually for overages for my days. I use two here, 1 there. etc. There are some days where I use like 10 or something but rarely. For big meals, occasions etc I plan so I am okay.

Ok my thought. I eat only about 1/2 that I track but I taste meals as cooking. I know I mindless eat as I walk past my hubby having chips. I have a questionable vitamin. I’m quite inactive. So you see everyone is different and must find their groove and be honest

I really don't use weekly points or activity meals . But I have one cheat meal a week and one sugary treat a week . ( the only time I eat sugar )

I never use my weeklies and most days I have a couple of dailies left. I lose about 1. 5 - 2lbs a week.

I do use mine. I workout almost daily so I swap fit points first so I rarely use all my weeklies. But I use many of them. I average 1/2 -1 lb a week. Which sounds slow but I know that’s a healthy rate. So I’m cool with it !

I do use mine. either I'll have a little extra during the week if I'm struggling, or I will save all the weeklies and try to have roll overs so I can splurge on something really good on the weekend! I've lost quite a bit since I started in September, so it's working for me this way! I do work out 5 times a week too, for 25 minutes at least :)

Yes, I do. Not all of them all of the time. But, sometimes they are needed. WW recommends using them, as they are considered part of the program.

I don’t purposely use them intentionally, but I’m glad to have them just in case I’ve made any miscalculations or if a special occasion comes up.

I rarely tap into them. I lose without using them and with (never used them all). I also get about 100 fit points a week that o don’t use.

I try to eat low one day, and use the rollover points to eat over the next. The weeklies I start with I never touch.

I use them if I want! I like seeing some of them left over at the end of the week because I am proud I stuck to the plan and feel like I’ll lose more weight

I use them. I've noticed that if I don't use them, I don't lose as much. For some reason, I seem to lose more if I fluctuate between higher points days and lower points days. I'm sure everyone is different and you just need to find what works for you.

I use them and I lose. I’ve been a lifetime member since 2005 but I’ve had to revisit weight loss a few times. I’ve always had good success on WW and gotten to goal (and back to goal) using all of my weeklies most weeks.

I use them. Some times I lose, sometimes I don't. It depends on my body's chemistry and exactly what I used the points on. Using the points on candy versus using the points on, say, rice seems to makes a difference.

I always use my weeklies but never my exercise points. I am losing slowly. But I am losing. Everyone body Chemistry is different.

I don't use mine all the time but on a weekend like this with the Super Bowl I probably will. But I am making healthy choices and bringing food that I know I will eat during the game.
