I do use mine however I find if I use a majority or all, of them it's hit or miss if I lose. The last couple of times I used a majority of my weeklies I have gained. I use my weeklies usually for overages for my days. I use two here, 1 there. etc. There are some days where I use like 10 or something but rarely. For big meals, occasions etc I plan so I am okay.
