I take hair, skin and nail vitamin gummies and they are 2 points. Would you track it or not and see if it effects my weight loss?

If you also eat your weeklies I would, if you only eat your dailies I probably would not worry about it.

If you think it would help you then count the points , may give you peace of mind.

You are supposed to track it

@jolda i was only stating what i read the other day. I figure points are points, if someone ends up not losing they can look back and see why.

I don't track my vitamins. They aren't what made me fat!
by (4.5k points)
But, really, gummies?
by (1.4k points)
@supporting Rice Hicks Webb Really. Unless you’re overeating your gummies, you should be fine. And assuming you’re still planning to take them after reaching your goal, I don’t see the need to track them.
by (4.5k points)
@ligature6298 I get what you're saying, but it's a slippery slope for me -- one thing not tracked leads to another, etc. Everyone must decide for themselves, knowing their own willpower, etc.

If you take any sort of vitamin gummy you should track it. They have calories. I mean its not going to make or break weight loss cause they are what. like 10-20 calories if that. Not a huge hit in calories. Just stay consistent with whatever you choose to do

If you take those, track it but there are other multi-vitamins that are 0 points.

Don't have the dummies . if you eat healthy, do you need them at all.
by (3.3k points)
@betide yes we don’t get all our nutrients in our food
by (4.3k points)
I have just never taken supplements. My Doctor said I am healthy . and I don't need them. Blood work is excellent.
by (11.7k points)
Everyone's body is different. Some people swear by vitamins and others never take any. That's probably a discussion best held with one's doctor based on their physical and bloodwork. We are each a unique composite of everything we have ever ingested.

Nobody is getting overweight because of taking vitamins. I think it would be ok to not track them.

It's a vitamin. Vitamins can't make you fat. The principle of WW is to track food intake, as the wrong foods or too much of the wrong foods, cause us to gain weight.

WW FAQs------- Should I track the SmartPoints® value of my nutritional supplements? We recommend that you do not track the SmartPoints values of your prescribed medication. Discuss the WW program with your health professional. Taking multiple supplements could add up in terms of SmartPoints. In general, if you opt for vitamin and mineral supplements in sugar-free options, they contain very few calories. However, some nutritional supplements, particularly protein or fiber supplements, tend to have SmartPoints values. If you choose to take a nutritional supplement, use your weight loss as your guide. You may wish to track the SmartPoints of your chosen supplements.

You should. I had a friend that was taking Metamucil fiber and she was at a stand still. She couldn't figure out why and turned out her fiber drink was 2 pts that she wasn't counting. Started taking the sugar free and now has reached her goal weight

If you're losing while not counting them then don't count. If you ever stop losing, you can start tracking.

I never track my gummy vitamins. I take a total of 8 gummy vitamins a day. I’m still losing weight.
