Hey group ‍♀️ newbie, here. 1st month lost 10. 8lbs. I have a question, tho. Can anyone tell me the milestone markers? I received my first 5lbs milestone charm and was very excited. Encouraged, actually. Do you recieve one for every 5lbs or what?. I've been kinda looking for a second one, but since I've not recieved it I think maybe it doesn't work that way.
