I’ve been 5 days on WW. been doing great. Today, went to work, didn’t take food. Worked until after 7 p. Got home very hungry. hubby wanted pizza. I looked up jets thin crust pizza. small size. According to the WW app, 3 points 1 piece. I ate the whole thing  if I trust the app, I’m looking at 24 points. I’m on green plan, and am allotted 30 points a day. Is the app correct? I feel really guilty - but honestly, the app also cites 12 points for one piece of deep dish. and I didn’t eat that.

It doesn't matter what you eat, just stay in your points. If that is how it worked out, don't feel guilty. Now, I wouldn't eat that way all the time, it's just not healthy, but once in a while if that is how you choose to use your points, I don't think you are sabotaging anything.

@lauren I tell my wife, if we are good most of the time, it makes the times we aren’t not matter so much.

No need for guilt. We all need to understand our own personal “body math. ” It takes time.
