Hi im a little confused as im doing the purple plan which states jacket potatoes are free, but even i go on to the restaurant harvester it says they are 8 even plan?

I have a question---I want to have raspberries in my Oatmeal, but do not like the seeds--If I make a puree/sauce out of them to remove the seeds and do not use sugar, will they still be zero points.
